The organization of this anniversary event was held in collaboration between the MBOS Pindo Deli team and the Culture & CI Team Pindo Deli, both dedicated to making this celebration a monumental moment in the Company's history.
Pre-Event Highlights of Pindo Deli's 49th Anniversary
5S Workshop Competition
From January 11 to 25, 2024, Pindo Deli hosted a 5S Workshop competition, incorporating Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu, and Shitsuke principles. Ten workshops at Pindo Deli vied to implement the 5S concept, fostering a cleaner, more organized, and safer work environment. The collaboration between the MBOS team and the Safety Team Pindo Deli underscored the significance of this initiative.
5S Video Campaign
In addition to the competition, a 5S video campaign ran from January 11 to 29, 2024, aimed at enhancing awareness and commitment to 5S and workplace safety among employees. Wall of Fame Competition
To enliven the ambiance, a Wall of Fame competition took place from January 11 to 25, 2024. Each division was given the opportunity to adorn their Wall of Fame, reflecting on the company's history, achievements, and future plans while showcasing boundless creativity.
Culminating Celebration: January 31, 2024
The pinnacle of Pindo Deli's 49th anniversary celebration was joyously embraced by all employees, Pindo Deli management, and the APP Indo Board. The event commenced with the Boyong Manten tradition, welcoming Mill Head Pindo Deli, Hendri Gunawan, followed by spirited cheers and the enchanting Goyang Karawang Dance, showcasing the beauty of the local culture.
Mill Head, Hendri Gunawan ceremoniously cut the tumpeng, expressing gratitude for Pindo Deli's achievements. The celebration concluded with a collective singing performance, uniting the spirits of all in attendance.
